LeAnn Brown, CPISM;  Chairperson

Ms. Brown is an AVP and PCI Agent Manager at RBS Lynk.  Ms. Brown has sixteen years of experience as a Compliance Manager, Project Manager and most recently as a Regulatory Risk Manager with the First National Bank of Omaha. As a Regulatory Risk Manager with the First National Bank of Omaha, she was responsible for association and business regulatory compliance within First National Merchant Solutions (FNMS). LeAnn has served as an expert on all association rules and compliance programs including PIN security, internal controls, and Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI-DSS).

Ms. Brown earned a Bachelors degree from the College of Saint Mary and has served in the Air National Guard. She has received two Associate Degrees in Computer Science and Paralegal from the Community College of the Air Force. Additionally, she has served as Vice President for the American Behcet's Disease Association, a non-profit organization.



Heather Mark, PhD, CPISM; Executive Director

Dr. Mark is an experienced information security and privacy professional that is both well known and respected within the Payment Services industry. Dr. Mark is the SVP of Marketing and Operations at The Aegenis Group, Inc. Prior to joining The Aegenis Group, Dr. Mark owned a Qualified Security Assessment Company and worked at various technology companies supporting PCI efforts.  Dr. Mark has a PhD in Public Administration and Public Policy from Auburn University,  holds a Certificate in Marketing Research from the University of Georgia, is a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), and a Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP).
 




 

Ed Bellis, CPISM

Mr. Bellis responsible for the protection and security of all information and electronic assets as well as compliance and ethics across the wide array of business units that make up Orbitz Worldwide’s ecommerce on a global basis. These assets include Orbitz, CheapTickets, eBookers, Away.com, HotelClub, RatesToGo, AsiaHotels, and Orbitz for Business.

With over 15 years of experience in information and payment security, Ed has worked with and been involved in protecting information assets at several Fortune 500 companies. Prior to joining Orbitz, Ed served as VP of Corporate Information Security for Bank of America within their Global Corporate and Investment Banking division. His credentials also include several security, technology and management roles at organizations such as Ernst & Young, Ford Motor Company, and Young & Rubicam. Ed is a CISSP, CISM, a contributor to the ISM Community, and a member of ISC2, ISACA and the Chicago chapter of the ISSA.

Ed is a frequent speaker at information security events across North America and Europe including venues such as OWASP, The MIS Institute, The Association of Information Technology Professionals, Technology Executives Club, and the National Business Travel Association.
 




Rob Caulfield, CPISM

As co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of TrustCommerce, Mr. Caulfield is responsible for the strategic vision, growth and business operations of the Company. Mr. Caulfield is an authority on e-commerce and data security, the Industry Standard named Mr. Caulfield a "Grandfather of e-Commerce." He has testified as an expert witness in front of the U.S. Senate. With nearly 20 years of Information Technology, security, e-commerce and payments experience, Mr. Caulfield has provided solutions for hundreds of Fortune 500 organizations.

Mr. Caulfield is viewed as an industry expert on data security, as well as payments and has served as a key presenter at multiple conferences including: International E-Commerce Summit, Internet World, Association of Internet Professionals, and the Electronic Retailer’s Association. He is actively involved in the Electronic Transaction Association (ETA) and serves on the Technology Committee.

Walt Conway, CPISM

Walt Conway is an e-commerce and PCI DSS consultant applying his 30-years of electronic payments and technology management experience to helping education institutions plan, implement, and manage their credit card and e-commerce programs. Walt spent over 10 years with Visa, and two years as president of an Internet-based payment processor.  He currently assists colleges and universities – and payment gateways and software providers – plan, implement, and manage their credit card and e-commerce systems, including achieving PCI DSS compliance.  

Mr. Conway conducts PCI training workshops for the Treasury Institute for Higher Education and edits the PCI blog. He was chosen by National Association of College and University Business Officers to represent Higher Education at the PCI Security Standards Council. He is a frequent speaker on PCI DSS, security, and ecommerce topics at NACUBO, EDUCAUSE, Commonfund, Treasury Institute, and other professional conferences and webinars. Walt recently co-authored Why Banks View Campuses as High Risk Merchants, an examination of computer security breaches, and 5 Strategies to Achieve PCI Compliance (both published by the Association of Financial Professionals) and Straight Talk about Data Security (in the NACUBO Business Officer).

Matt Harrigan, CPISM

Matt Harrigan is a technology industry veteran, having played major roles in both developing organizations as well as fortune 500s. He currently serves as the Director of IT Compliance and Security at Coalfire Systems, one of the industry’s most respected IT audit and compliance firms, where he works with top-tier merchants, service providers, and card brands on global initiatives to enhance security and compliance.

In 1992 Mr. Harrigan founded MCR - one of the first commercial network security firms, and the first company to offer managed security services. Matt has advises several venture capital and investment banking firms on their technology investments, with a specific emphasis on network security products and services. He has held executive positions at Trustwave, Winfirst, NSS Labs, Looking Glass Systems, and Sensory Networks.
